Salon booking platforms are made with stylists in mind, not you, the clients! We don’t expect you to know the difference between color processes like partial foils or balayage. As the professionals, its our job to know how best to treat your hair because the techniques are not one-size-fits-all. We take into account the condition and texture of your hair, your preferences for product use and daily styling, and the results you are going fore.

All you need to do is tell us what you want your hair to look like. We’ll take it from there. That’s why we’ve changed how salon services are booked and the way they are priced.

Let’s talk about appointment scheduling first. Instead of a long list of options, we’ve simplified what you see on our booking page so you only see 4 clear salon categories:

Instead of relying on built-in programming that may not reflect what happens when you’re in the chair, our pricing is now more transparent. You pay for the actual time it takes and the precise amount of color used on your hair. This gives you the flexibility to ask for what you really want instead of hoping that the process you asked for will work. This doesn’t mean it’s more expensive. The cost of the color is typically between $10 and $30 so the biggest expense in color processes is time. Before anything is done to your year, we’ll quote you. When you get your receipt at the end of your appointment, you’ll see the breakdown for time, color, and recycling fee.

To make this work, early this year we upgraded to a scale that is accurate down to a tenth of a gram. This has two additional benefits beyond transparent pricing: near-zero color waste and very consistent color results so you leave with the same color hair every time!
