2. It’s at least an hour devoted to your care and you don’t have to do anything except be there. You can really spend the whole time with your eyes closed just lost in your own thoughts while someone else takes care of you. Hi, yes, please!
3. Knowing you have set aside time for yourself can be a huge source of relief and gives you something wonderful to look forward on those days that seem to go unnecessarily to 11.
